My New Book
I wrote this book because of the results I experienced as far back as 1998 based on the daily practice of mirror work, which I still do today.
Here is what I learned:
- to change my negative self-talk
- feel better about myself,
- unlock the door to inner peace
- learn to trust myself more

- to no longer self-abandon.
